Terms of Use for Kjørebok ENK
The Norwegian version (vilkår) is the original.
Last changed: 4 October 2026.
Licence agreement
Kjørebok ENK is downloaded from the App Store and licensed to you under Apple's standard “Licensed Application End User License Agreement” (Apple's standard EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. It applies in full. The points below come in addition and explain what the app is and is not.
The app is provided by MEDTEK KI AS, organisation number 937 565 704, Sandnes, Norway.
What the app does
Kjørebok ENK helps you keep a mileage log: it measures and stores trips, lets you mark them as business, private or commute, and builds reports with amounts from the rates included in the app.
- You are responsible for the content. You confirm every trip, write the purpose and decide what goes into your accounts and your tax return. The app suggests; it does not decide.
- GPS can be wrong. Distance is measured with the phone's location. The signal can drop, for example in tunnels, and automatic logging does not necessarily catch every trip. Review your trips and correct them when needed; changes are written to the trip's change log.
- The rates come from the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) and are shown in the app with year and source. We do our best to keep them correct, but check them with Skatteetaten if in doubt.
- Not advice. The app gives no tax or accounting advice. A mileage log is the best documentation of business driving, but whether it is accepted is for the tax authorities to decide.
Subscription
The app is free for up to 30 business and commute trips per calendar month. Pro removes the limit and is bought as a subscription in the App Store, monthly or yearly. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, at the latest 24 hours before the period ends.
- You cancel and manage the subscription in the Settings app under your Apple Account and Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Trips over the limit are still saved, and trips you have already recorded do not change when Pro ends.
Privacy
How the app processes information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably; otherwise Sør-Rogaland District Court is the venue, unless consumer rules that cannot be set aside say otherwise.
